Everything was good but we got bad experience with toilet fitting which was not working, complaints were given to housekeeping and they attended 2-3 times in one hour but couldn’t set it right. We had 2 rooms booked and we had to use the toilet in the other room. Such a good Hotel should take proper care and maintenance of the entire facilities before offering the rooms to any guest. Overall a good place to stay with reasonably good restaurants and good facilities, convenient location and large area for parking

The rooms are beautifully fitted. Spacious, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed, and all the ammenities you would expect from a top end hotel. The staff were absoluty amazing specially Sharddhha front desk - Mr Rajendera - Nikhil and Gaurav chef for taking F&B feedback on the spot and gave an amazing customer service and they always are, super helpful and genuinely want you to have a good time.

Excellent hotel with courteous staff. Property is just opposite Leela Palace in Kukas. Very peaceful and we'll maintained hotel. Food is excellent and staff is so helpful and welcoming that it made our stay memorable. They even gave a complementary cake for my wife's birthday. Overall very nice experience with Double tree by Hilton Jaipur. Definitely I will visit again.
